Biography

Saul Wolf is a Senior Associate at Easton & Easton, LLP, and a 19-year veteran litigator who leads the firm's Sexual Assault department. Saul brings extensive experience representing survivors of childhood sexual abuse and sexual assault in their civil claims against perpetrators and the institutional entities that failed to adequately hire, train, and supervise them.

Prior to joining Easton & Easton, Saul spent 9 years as a Senior Attorney at Manly, Stewart & Finaldi, one of California's premier sexual abuse litigation firms. There, he was instrumental in litigating high-profile cases and securing numerous multi-million dollar settlements against some of the largest public and private institutions, both within California and throughout the country.

Saul obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from UC Irvine in 2002, graduating cum laude and majoring in International Studies. While at UCI, Saul was captain of the men's soccer team, named an Academic All-American, Big West Conference Defensive Player of the Year (2002), and inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Saul attended law school at Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where he also graduated cum laude in 2006 and was an editor with the Nexus Law Journal.

For sexual abuse survivors, the most common question is: "Is it too late to pursue my case?"

In California, recent changes to the law have expanded the statute of limitations so that claims for childhood sexual abuse may be filed until someone turns 40 years old.  Changes to law have also opened windows for sexual assault survivors to bring claims that were previously time-barred — including cases involving abuse that occurred decades ago. I recently helped a client recover $13 million for sexual abuse by a religious institution that allegedly occurred more than 40 years ago.

Sexual abuse cases are among the most challenging in the legal profession — both legally and emotionally.

Legally, these cases often involve decades-old allegations, institutional cover-ups, and defendants with vast resources who are determined to protect their reputations at all costs. Proving what happened and negligence of institutional defendants requires extensive investigation, expert witnesses, and the ability to navigate complex legal and factual issues.

I've dedicated my practice to these cases for years. It's difficult work, but it's the most meaningful work I've ever done.

Early in my career, I worked in civil defense litigation — representing institutional clients in construction defect, real estate, and business matters. It was good work, but it didn't feed my soul. 

When I transitioned to representing survivors of childhood sexual abuse, everything changed. I saw firsthand how the legal system could give voice to people who had been silenced for years — sometimes decades. I saw how holding institutions accountable could not only provide compensation for survivors but also force systemic changes that protect future children.

That's when I knew I had found my calling. For more than 15 years, I've been privileged to help advocate for survivors and fight against the institutions that failed to protect them. When Easton & Easton approached me and I was given the opportunity to lead their new Sexual Assault department, I knew it was the right fit — a firm that shares my passion for fighting Goliaths on behalf of those who can't fight alone.

I cherish my time with my wife and three children. We're all soccer fans — loyal supporters of LAFC and Manchester United.

Soccer has been a huge part of my life. At UC Irvine, I was captain of the men's soccer team and was named Big West Conference Defensive Player of the Year and an Academic All-American. These days, you'll find me coaching, watching, or playing soccer whenever I can.
