As a lawyer since 1999 and as a certified specialist in tenancy and residential property law since 2010, I advise national and international companies from the property industry as well as institutional investors on all legal issues arising in connection with the acquisition, management and sale of properties and property companies.
As part of transactions, my team and I carry out due diligence checks on the buyer and seller side, draft and negotiate property or share purchase agreements as well as sale and leaseback agreements and advise on their financing.
I also specialise in advising property companies and public law clients on tenancy law and all aspects of property and asset management.
I also have extensive litigation experience and represent my clients in court in all matters relating to tenancy and property law as well as in post-M&A disputes.Overview
