Sarah T. Andrade

Sarah T. Andrade is an associate in Bayard’s Litigation Department. Sarah focuses primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and other commercial disputes.

In 2022, Sarah was named to the Delaware Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list. She was also recognized in the 2023 Edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list for her work in Commercial Litigation and Corporate Law.

Sarah graduated cum laude in 2015 from Temple University Law School. While in law school, Sarah interned for the Honorable Sherry R. Fallon, U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. She was also awarded the Order of the Barristers for her success on the Temple University School of Law National Moot Court Team.

Before joining Bayard, Sarah practiced in the corporate litigation group at another Wilmington law firm.
