I am a notary and act in all notarial matters.

As a lawyer, I have been advising national and international companies from the real estate industry as well as institutional investors for over 14 years on all legal issues relating to the construction, acquisition, privatisation and sale of real estate. In the context of transactions, I draft and negotiate property and share purchase agreements.

In corporate law, I support companies, including start-ups, from the foundation and development of the company to successful financing, through the hurdles of corporate management and structuring to a possible sale or merger with other companies, for example through transformations (mergers, demergers, changes of legal form, spin-offs), company or shareholder agreements.

In inheritance law, I work with my clients to develop customised wills and inheritance contracts and help them with estate planning, which should be implemented during their lifetime, as well as with inheritance disputes, especially if their assets include real estate. Living wills and health care proxies are a further component of my work.

In family law, I deal with adoptions, marriage contracts and divorce settlement agreements.
