Sarah Rost

Sarah Rost has been practising law in Germany since 2009 and has been with FPS in Frankfurt since 2019. She advises clients from diverse industries—including cosmetics, lifestyle, luxury goods, software, events, personnel services, and advertising—on intellectual property, contract, and data protection law. Her work includes managing large brand portfolios, handling trademark applications, registrations, and enforcement in Germany and internationally, and representing clients before trademark offices and European courts. She also advises on contract drafting and negotiation.
