Sarah Oster Kelly is an attorney in DarrowEverett’s Private Client Group focusing on trusts and estates, probate and fiduciary litigation, and family law. With more than 10 years of experience, she provides clients with thoughtful, comprehensive legal guidance.

Sarah brings deep knowledge of managing estates, fiduciary responsibilities, and executing clients’ wishes. She has developed estate plans and trusts to protect assets clients have spent lifetimes acquiring, growing, and preserving. Her specialties include asset protection and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and families with complex assets, blended families, beneficiaries with special needs, and clients navigating life transitions. In family law, Sarah guides clients through high-stakes matters such as prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, custody disputes, adoption, and divorce. She is attuned to the intersection of family dynamics and financial considerations, helping safeguard both personal and financial futures.

Sarah understands that effective estate and trust planning requires a comprehensive approach. She works closely with clients’ accountants and financial advisors to ensure seamless strategies. With her big-picture perspective, she coordinates the advisory team to achieve clients’ goals efficiently and collaboratively.

Sarah is bilingual and provides legal counsel to both English and Spanish speakers. She is also a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association Executive Board and Co-Chair of the Rhode Island Bar Association Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
