Sarah Schiavone’s practice focuses on complex investigations, litigation, regulatory matters, and criminal defense. She advises global and domestic corporations on a range of issues, including anti-money laundering compliance, economic sanctions, and securities fraud.

Sarah represents clients under investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other federal and state agencies. She is adept at handling complex cases involving multiple government authorities and jurisdictions.

Sarah counsels clients on all phases of enforcement matters, including any post-resolution obligations and remediation. She has advised clients under deferred prosecution agreements and monitorships.

Sarah has extensive experience conducting high-stakes internal investigations on behalf of companies, boards, and special committees. Her practice includes cross-border investigations, employee conduct reviews, and Title IX investigations. Sarah also works with clients to develop compliance and governance policies and controls.
