Sarah M. Bangs is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate practice. Ms. Bangs works with developers and investors in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial real estate in all asset classes. Ms. Bangs’ duties include review of due diligence items, including comprehensive title, survey and zoning matters, as well as preparing objections and curative documentation.
Prior to joining MMM, Ms. Bangs worked as an intern with the Association County Commissioners of Georgia where she was responsible for editing and finalizing an elections guidebook for county officials as well as assisting the policy staff with public policy and legal research matters. Before attending law school, Ms. Bangs worked as a litigation paralegal for a law firm in Augusta, GA and as a commercial real estate paralegal for a large law firm in Charlotte, NC.
