Sarah Loch-Wilkinson

Sarah is a dynamic problem-solver, with a strong record of success in securing skilled visas across all industries and occupations. She has specialist knowledge and experience in labour agreements and strategic advice in workforce planning and employer sponsored migration policy, with significant advisory experience in compliance and audits. Sarah has skillfully represented employers who are subject to monitoring or sanctions by the Department of Home Affairs.

Sarah supports the Visa Executive team to address a range of complex migration issues as they arise through meticulous research and planning. She provides easy-to-follow strategy and compliance advice with a very practical approach to the application of immigration law for both employers and individual migrants and their families. Practicing since 2008 in boutique and larger firms, Sarah can advise across all aspects of migration law and policy as a Director of Visa Executive.

Sarah is a skilled mentor and presenter, including at the Ageing Australia national conference and running workshops for The Employee Mobility Institute. She’s an Accredited Specialist with the Law of Victoria and has been a member of the Regional Migration Advisory Committee of the Migration Institute of Australia.
