Sarah Leiper-Jennings

Sarah Leiper-Jennings is an English qualified solicitor in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Capital Markets practice groups.

Ms. Leiper-Jennings advises on a broad range of corporate transactional and advisory matters. She has experience representing public and private companies, private equity funds, banks and other financial institutions on a variety of corporate transactions including public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, IPOs and secondary offerings.

Ms. Leiper-Jennings is recognised by The Legal 500 UK 2022 for Equity Capital Markets. She is also recognised by the 2023 edition of Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom as “One to Watch” for Capital Markets Law.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. Leiper-Jennings was an associate in the Corporate team at the London office of Ashurst LLP, where she also trained and completed secondments to their Dubai office and to GE Capital. Ms. Leiper-Jennings spent 18 months working in Gibson Dunn’s New York Office during 2018 – 2020, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters.
