Sarah’s practice focuses on complex litigation including antitrust, financial services, and commercial disputes. Sarah represents clients in litigation for harm suffered throughout the world, using innovative solutions to provide exceptional advocacy. Sarah has prosecuted claims of nascent competitors and small businesses challenging anticompetitive conduct by dominant market players, and she has represented state entities in commercial disputes. Sarah has obtained discovery in the United States for non-U.S. litigants through 28 U.S.C. § 1782.
