Sarah Jenkins is an Associate in the Private Client Services group at Farris LLP in Vancouver, British Columbia. Her practice focuses on trusts and estates, including estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, and related personal planning matters. Sarah works with individuals, families, trustees, and executors to provide practical legal guidance tailored to each client’s circumstances and long-term objectives.
Sarah advises clients on a broad range of trusts and estates matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, representation agreements, probate and estate administration, and incapacity planning. She assists clients with planning strategies intended to support the orderly management and transfer of wealth across generations while addressing personal, family, and business considerations.
Sarah joined Farris in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, she articled and practised at a Vancouver law firm where she advised clients on estate planning, estate administration, and real estate matters. Her background provides her with insight into the legal and practical issues that can arise in connection with family, property, and succession planning.
Sarah earned her Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law in 2018. During law school, she attended the Summer Law Program in The Hague, Netherlands, where she studied international criminal law and war crimes. She also received the Jurisprudence Achievement Award in Agriculture Law.
