Sarah acts for corporate and institutional clients, both as landlord and tenant, including financial institutions such as Morgan Stanley. She advises across office buildings, shopping centres, industrial estates, hospitals and healthcare facilities, petrol stations and liquor stores.
Sarah advises on all aspects of commercial, retail and industrial leasing including lease negotiation, due diligence, sales and acquisitions, drafting of client leasing precedents, advice work and financing. She also brings in-house experience from an institutional property portfolio role, informing her understanding of the operational demands of managing leasing processes for large landlords.
Sarah has acted for Morgan Stanley across an institutional leasing mandate and has advised on ground leases, complex retail arrangements and specialised asset classes including healthcare facilities and service station sites. Her background in private practice and in-house at an institutional property portfolio gives her direct insight into leasing from the client side.
Sarah's in-house experience at an institutional level and her knowledge of the leasing market enable her to work with clients from early-stage relocation decisions through to execution.
