Sara M. Garner

Sara M. Garner is an attorney with Harris Shelton PLLC in Memphis, Tennessee. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers for her work in Health Care Law and Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants. During her time with the department, she was also a competitive shooter with the Memphis Police Department Pistol Team. While attending law school, Sara gained experience through internships with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, and the Office of Magistrate Judge Charmaine G. Claxton for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. These roles provided her with insight into federal litigation, government practice, and regulatory matters.
