Sara C. Derrick is a Tucson business attorney at Farhang & Medcoff whose practice focuses on real estate law, business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, and business organizations, including LLCs and partnerships. She advises for-profit and nonprofit organizations of all sizes on a wide range of legal and operational matters, including entity formation, governance, contracts, transactions, and ongoing business counsel.
Sara also represents buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and developers in commercial real estate matters involving acquisitions, sales, leasing, development, and financing.
