Sara Berendsen

Sara Berendsen is a Shareholder in the German Corporate/M&A team. Sara has extensive experience in the field of Private Equity and M&A transactions, in particular distressed M&A, for national and international clients with a special focus on the retail, technology and real estate sectors. She advises her clients on corporate restructurings, including cross-border mergers and other cross-border corporate measures, as well as transactions of all kinds, including acquisition and sale processes and joint ventures.
