Santiago Nicholson’s broad practice is in areas of Public, Regulatory, and Business Law.
In his career he assisted several foreign groups in their start-ups in Argentina, and participated in several M&A and different types of agreements. Santiago serves as legal counsel to boards of directors of important domestic and foreign groups, as well as several business associations regarding institutional matters.
Actively participates in disputes and arbitration proceedings, jointly with other partners, in commercial, financial and public lawsuits.
Santiago serves as advisor to ADEBA, Centro Azucarero Argentino, Copal, Grupo HSBC, Sancor, Ledesma, Cargill, QBE and YPF, among other clients.
Santiago attended the School of Law and Political Sciences, “Santa María de los Buenos Aires” Argentine Catholic University (1982) and Graduate Studies at Southern Methodist University (LLM 1983).
