Samuel is a litigator with experience in insurance, insolvency, oil and gas, labour and employment, commercial disputes and general civil litigation. He has acted as junior counsel on multi-million-dollar disputes and brings that experience to increasingly complex matters, appearing for clients at all levels of court in Alberta.
Before becoming a lawyer, Samuel spent nine years as a pharmacist, practising across three provinces. That experience gives him a perspective that extends beyond the law, particularly when a matter involves technical, regulated or highly specialized industries.
