Samuel Francisque

Samuel Francisque is a business lawyer with the Emerging Technologies team at the Montréal office. His practice focuses primarily on venture and private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions and high growth technology companies.

As part of his practice, Samuel supports clients in their financing and mergers and acquisitions strategy and process, particularly through the technological ecosystem.

A member of the Québec Bar since 2019, Samuel also holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Montréal.

Prior to joining Fasken, Samuel worked for an international business law firm and a publicly traded multinational technology company.
