Cases
  • Samer Habbas Secures $11,000,000 for a Truck Accident Case
Fontana, Calif. — Senior Partner, Samer Habbas and Associate Attorney, Kristina Akers of the Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates secured a $11,000,000 settlement on a truck accident case. The plaintiff was driving eastbound on the 210 freeway in the far right lane, when his vehicle started to experience mechanical issues. Unable to drive any further, the plaintiff began to manually push his vehicle to the right-hand shoulder of the freeway. While physically maneuvering his vehicle from behind, he was abruptly struck by a box truck and forced into his own vehicle.
