Samantha L. Peters focuses her practice in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, and other negligence claims.
Samantha joined Nace Law Group in 2022. A Maine native, she graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern Maine with a B.S. in communication in 2011. Samantha earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where she was an active member of the Mock Trial Team, and a member of the Public Contract Law Journal.
Samantha is licensed to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. She is a member of the Maryland Association for Justice, the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C. , the American Association for Justice, and the Montgomery County Bar Association.
