Samantha is an Accredited Specialist in property law. She acts for real estate investment trusts, property developers and private clients across the commercial, retail, healthcare and renewable energy sectors, with a focus on complex leasing, property acquisitions and disposals, and property due diligence.
Her experience includes:
- acting for Mirvac in respect of the demolition component of its $2 billion redevelopment of Harbourside Shopping Centre
- acting for GPT in relation to its commercial leases across Darling Park's three-tower complex, collectively leasing approximately 30,000 square metres of new space within a 12 month period
- advising GPT in negotiating the renewal of ANZ Banking Group’s lease of its Sydney headquarters at Liberty Place (16 levels with a net lettable area of 21,211 square metres)
- acting for Stockland in respect of its $315 million divestment of Stockland Glendale, being one of the largest retail transactions in NSW to settle in 2024
- advising Frasers Property Australia on leasing arrangements for ECQ Outlet in Greater Western Sydney
- advising Precept Property Group on the acquisition of Katoomba Village shopping centre and Bathurst Home Centre.
Samantha has been appointed as a committee member of the NSW Law Society’s Specialist Accreditation Advisory Committee (Property Law) (effective from 1 July 2026).
