Sam Dukesz

Sam Dukesz is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, class actions, insurance and shareholder disputes. Sam has represented companies in a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals, insurance, industrial, energy and real estate. More recently, Sam has been involved in several mandates relating to oppression and financial fraud in the context of large family-run businesses both on Ontario’s Commercial List Court and in arbitration. Sam has appeared before different levels of court in Ontario, British Columbia and Nova Scotia and has experience in commercial arbitration proceedings.
