He has worked to defend claims on behalf of insurers and business entities stemming from data breach-related claims, alleged FCRA violations, and alleged antitrust violations.
His prior experience also includes assisting insurers in the prosecution and defense of federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) claims, as well as the defense of motor vehicle accident claims, workers’ compensation claims, and other civil litigation suits.
