Position and Career

Salvador is co-founder of SWAN Partners being the Head of the Corporate & Commercial Area of the firm and Leader of the M&A and Private Equity Team.

Previously he worked for the law firms Uría Menéndez and Broseta, being subsequently hired by a local boutique law firm as Leader of the Corporate & Commercial practice and M&A transactions.

He has advised international companies and groups of corporations - being some of them listed in stock markets - as well as Family Owned Groups running local and international business. He maintains a portfolio of clients during long term.

His client base includes national and international Family Offices, Funds, private companies and investors looking for advice in the fields of M&A and Private Equity mid-market transactions, industrial investments in Spain as well as Real Estate deals.

He also advises to national and international companies and corporation groups in their ordinary course of businesses (corporate governance, strategic legal planning, commercial contracts such as distribution, agency, supply, manufacturing, joint ventures, industrial leasings, international trade operations, etc.).
