Saloumeh "Sally" Madani

Sally is the Founder and Principal Lawyer at Mahin Law Professional Corporation. Sally has exclusively practiced in the area of Family Law since her Call to the Bar. Prior to starting her own law firm, she worked as an Associate Lawyer at two Family law firms in Toronto and Markham. Sally is a well-rounded and versatile lawyer and she represents clients in and out of Court. She drafts complex separation agreements and parenting plans, litigates family law matters before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, and advocates for her clients through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) including mediation, arbitration, and Collaborative Family Law.
