She has advised Portuguese and multinational companies from the energy, banking and telecoms sectors, and high-net-worth private clients. She also has experience in tax litigation and is regularly involved in major corporate restructuring processes.
Salomé has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and an executive master’s in management for lawyers from Católica Porto Business School. She has completed two postgraduate courses: one in tax law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto and another in company law at the Institute of Business and Labour Law. Salomé also attended specialist training in accounting for lawyers at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, in customs law at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa and in taxation and tax planning at Católica Porto Business School.
Before joining, PLMJ, she was a consultant at Deloitte and at EY.
