Sada is a litigation attorney representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters. Her practice focuses on business divorces, including corporate shareholder and LLC member disputes. She also has experience with products liability and toxic torts, construction litigation, defending premises liability suits, and matters involving complex contractual interpretation and business torts.
Sada received her J.D. from the University of Michigan, graduating cum laude. During law school, she served as Executive Note Editor of the Michigan Law Review.
Before her career as an attorney, Sada was a professional athlete on the United States national fencing team. She competed in the 2004 and 2008 Olympic Games, earning three medals. She continues to be involved in the sport today, both as an athlete and in leadership roles. As the United States Women’s Saber Squad Manager, she is responsible for helping the national team prepare for the 2021 Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan. She is currently a member of USA Fencing’s Safe Sport Resource Team, which works to reduce abuse and misconduct in the sport, and the International Relations Committee, which develops and oversees USA Fencing’s strategic plan within the international fencing community. She has been inducted into the International Fencing Federation and USA Fencing Halls of Fame.
