Sabrina Zarco is an associate at Zarco Einhorn Salkowski, P.A. based in Miami, Florida. She focuses her practice on Commercial Litigation and complex business disputes, representing companies and individuals in matters involving contracts, partnerships, business torts, and other high‑stakes conflicts. Sabrina advocates for clients in state and federal courts as well as in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings, including mediation and arbitration.
Her litigation work includes drafting and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, managing fact and expert discovery, preparing witnesses for depositions and trial, and assisting clients through mediation and other resolution processes. Sabrina approaches each matter with a practical understanding of business considerations while working to protect her clients’ legal and financial interests.
Before joining Zarco Einhorn Salkowski, P.A. in March 2026, Sabrina practiced for more than five years as an associate in the Miami office of Berger Singerman LLP. There, she handled complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts and participated in numerous mediations involving business disputes. She also served on the trial team that defended a $10 million business dispute and obtained a complete defense verdict in Miami’s first trial conducted before a private judge.
Sabrina’s background includes experience in both courtroom and ADR settings. During law school, she interned for the Honorable Beth Bloom of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and later worked as a Summer Associate at Berger Singerman LLP. Prior to law school, she interned with the Honorable Judge Beatrice Butchko‑Sanchez and with Hoffman Fabano, P.A., experiences that introduced her to litigation practice in Miami.
Sabrina earned her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School in 2020. While in law school, she distinguished herself in Legal Research and Writing & Oral Advocacy and later served as a Teacher’s Assistant for the first‑year course. She was also involved with the George Washington International Law Review and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board.
Outside of her legal practice, Sabrina enjoys outdoor activities, including biking and spending time at the beach in South Florida. She also values time with family and friends.
