Corporate and Commercial Litigation
Labour and Employment Law
Sabrina is an associate at Roper Greyell. Acting on behalf of employers in unionized and non-unionized contexts, her practice encompasses both advocacy before courts/tribunals and strategic guidance on proactive management of the workforce.
A labour lawyer at heart, Sabrina’s practice concentrates on traditional labour relations while spanning the full spectrum of employment and human rights law.
Sabrina’s practice ethos is grounded in the recognition that workplace law is inherently relational; her focus is on providing advice that promotes environments in which both businesses and their people can thrive.
She has represented clients before all levels of court in British Columbia, labour arbitrators, the Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal, and other administrative tribunals in the province. She also has experience in the federal sector before the Canadian Human Rights Commission and the Canadian Industrial Relations Board.
Since 2023, she has been recognized by Best Lawyers™, a third-party peer-reviewed recognition, as One to Watch in the categories of Labour and Employment and Corporate Commercial Litigation. Prior to joining Roper Greyell, Sabrina practiced labour and employment law at the Vancouver office of a national firm.
Outside of the office, Sabrina can often be found curled up with a good book (and/or her e-reader, which she maintains is just as good as a physical book), or watching Formula 1 racing absurdly early on Sunday mornings.
