He represents issuers, secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, equity holders, boards and management teams, and purchasers of distressed assets in Chapter 11 cases, liquidations, and related litigation, guiding clients through high-stakes restructurings with a focus on maximizing recoveries and preserving enterprise value. He also advises lenders and borrowers in loan workouts, out-of-court restructurings, and distressed credit situations.
