S. Jason Teele is a Member of the Sills Cummis & Gross Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy Reorganization Practice Group. He brings significant experience to his practice, which focuses on corporate restructuring, commercial litigation and transactional matters involving distressed businesses. Mr. Teele gives practical, actionable advice to creditors, creditors’ committees, purchasers of distressed assets, lessors and debtors, and labor unions and labor pension funds in all aspects of financial distress and bankruptcy. He also advises companies, boards of directors, directors and officers of financially troubled companies regarding their fiduciary duties and strategies for dealing with distressed customers or vendors. His experience spans a number of industries including, automotive, broadcasting, chemical, health care, manufacturing, media and entertainment, paper and publishing, pharmaceutical, retail, textiles, and transportation and logistics.
