His experience also includes public markets financing, reorganization and acquisition transactions.
Frequently acting for mining industry clients, Bruce has worked on the acquisition and disposition of interests in mining operations and properties, both within Canada and abroad. He has also advised on the financing and the structuring of mining ventures.
