Bruce has been involved in the purchase and sale of businesses across a wide range of industries, including steel making, manufacturing, high tech, financial services and consulting and professional services. His experience also includes public markets financing, reorganization and acquisition transactions.

Frequently acting for mining industry clients, Bruce has worked on the acquisition and disposition of interests in mining operations and properties, both within Canada and abroad. He has also advised on the financing and the structuring of mining ventures.
