Biography
Ryan Theis is a litigation attorney who represents contractors, developers, property owners and business owners. He also assists individuals and corporations in product liability and medical malpractice matters. Ryan strives to resolve each of his client’s disputes favorably short of litigation, but when litigation is unavoidable he works tirelessly to resolve it in a quick and cost-effective manner.
Prior to joining H&J, Ryan represented plaintiffs and defendants property damage, multi-party construction, insurance coverage, and product liability litigation. He also has experience in other areas including: antitrust, class actions, personal injury, real estate, wrongful death, business litigation, employment litigation, and shareholder disputes. Ryan is also a Minnesota Rule 114 Qualified Neutral.
Clients value Ryan’s honesty and competitive nature when they find themselves in an unfortunate position, often through no fault of their own. With his breadth of experience as an attorney, Ryan is in a unique position to help these clients achieve a favorable result. Not everyone is wired to be a litigator.
