Ryan H. Fisher

I am the senior partner at Lowe Trial Lawyers and have been a trial attorney for over 30 years. Since being admitted to the Bar in 1989, I have limited my legal representation only to injured victims, focusing on plaintiff personal injury litigation, product liability and malpractice. I have obtained millions of dollars in compensation for victims injured or killed in automobile, truck and motorcycle accidents, as well as in medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, product liability and premises liability cases. I have tried cases throughout Ohio in both state and federal courts and have successfully argued before the Ohio Supreme Court.

One case that stands out is a truck accident case in which I secured a $4 million settlement for a driver who was struck from behind on the highway by a semi-tractor operator. Commercial trucking collisions are among the most destructive highway accidents, given the extreme difference in size and weight between a passenger vehicle and a fully loaded semi-tractor trailer. The collision caused my client to sustain a traumatic brain injury, a catastrophic harm that can permanently alter cognitive function, behavior, the ability to work and quality of life. I held the trucking company and driver accountable for the collision and the devastating injury it caused, securing a $4 million settlement that provided my client with the resources necessary to address a lifetime of medical and personal needs.

I was born and raised in Greater Cleveland and graduated from Cleveland Heights High School and the Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1989. I was appointed by the Ohio Supreme Court and served on the Board of Commissioners on the Unauthorized Practice of Law, and I serve on the oversight board for the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Bar Association. I have received the highest rating from my peers for ethics and ability (A-V) and am a member of the Ohio Association for Justice, the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. I have been recognized as a Super Lawyer and a Top 100 Trial Lawyer in Ohio, and I am also a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. I am married with two children and live in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
