Biography

Ryan Frazier is a Springfield native. He graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and a minor in economics. Ryan attended law school at the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law. During law school, Ryan was widely recognized for his skill and passion for advocacy, competing on the mock trial team and traveling to competitions across the country.

A large portion of Ryan’s practice is dedicated to representing victims and survivors of sexual abuse. His practice includes representing minors who have been abused while under the care of others such as boarding schools, medical providers, schools, or foster homes. He prides himself in fighting for these victims and has been named a Missouri Sexual Abuse lawyer with Abuse Guardians.

Ryan also represents people who have been involved in other personal injury matters such as motor vehicle accidents, electrocution or shock incidents, hunting related accidents, and other personal injury matters including wrongful death. He believes getting to know his clients is key to successful representation so that he can fully understand their story and relay that story to a jury.

Q&A

I represent people that are likely going through the worst thing that has happened to them in their lives. Catastrophic injury or sexual abuse is a lifechanging experience. When a client trusts me to help them through that process, I take it very seriously and treat every case with great respect.

So many victims of sexual abuse do not come out with what happened to them until after the statute of limitations has passed. Telling someone who has been through something horrible that there is nothing I can do to help will never get easier. That is why we are trying to get the statute of limitations extended in Missouri for victims of childhood sexual abuse.
