Roy Shannon is a founding partner at Shannon & Wright LLP in Alexandria, Virginia. Roy’s real estate and land use practice includes representation in commercial and residential real estate transactions, zoning and land use proceedings, eminent domain and condemnation matters, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, contractor and construction disputes, construction defect claims, easement and boundary issues, and a wide range of real estate litigation matters.
