Biography

Ross Smith represents corporate and individual clients in complex commercial cases involving breach of contract, trade secret, non-compete, and insurance disputes. He is instrumental in the preparation of pleadings, motions, discovery filings, and other materials for trial. He also has experience with litigation involving the mortgage and insurance industries.

Prior to joining BOWS, Mr. Smith served as an analyst for a Houston-based consulting company, providing forensic accounting, economic damages analysis, and business valuation for expert and attorney teams involved in civil litigation across diverse business sectors including energy, products liability, and healthcare. Mr. Smith also has extensive research experience into cyberprivacy-related issues under U.S. Constitutional law and International law.
