Ross Evans primarily focuses his practice in trust and estate litigation, guardianship, and business disputes.

Ross provides comprehensive counsel in trust and estate administration, including probate, representing heirs, beneficiaries, creditors, trustees, and executors in both contested and uncontested trust and estate proceedings. His expertise extends to will and trust contests, and he has a proven track record of successfully litigating breach of fiduciary duty claims against trustees, including actions for accounting, removal of trustees, assessing surcharges, and seeking redress of damages for wrongdoing by Trustees. Likewise, Ross has extensive experience in defending Trustees from such claims, providing counsel in accounting matters, and in obtaining Court confirmation for discretionary acts.

Ross also offers extensive experience in guardianship matters, guiding clients through the appointment process and managing all related aspects of administering guardianship, such as counseling clients regarding medical care decision-making, financial analysis, and annual accountings. Ross is particularly experienced in complex guardianship matters in which seeking appointment of a guardian may be disputed by other family members.

Additionally, Ross routinely represents clients in general civil litigation, including disputes involving small businesses, close corporations, buy-outs, commercial leases, and breach of contract claims.
