She also advises on the employment aspects of business and asset purchases and sales, bringing a transactions background and commercial practicalities to workforce transitions.
Rose’s matters include the employment aspects of a A$211 million share purchase of TripADeal by Qantas, on-the-ground secondment to an ASX-listed real estate investment trust for ongoing HR and legal support, and award compliance programs for coal mining services providers. She advises international AI-powered platforms and solar developers on employment frameworks across their Australian operations.
