Ron Ferguson

Ron Ferguson is a partner and member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups. He has a diversified corporate practice focusing on cross-border private and public M&A, private equity investments (including PIPE’s), corporate finance, corporate restructuring and banking.

In addition to his practice, Ron is a member of the Management Committee in the Toronto office.
