Romy Proulx

Romy Proulx is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. Her practice extends to all aspects of civil and commercial litigation, including matters relating to energy, construction and corporate law.

In addition to representing clients before the judicial and regulatory bodies of Québec, Romy is regularly called upon to provide strategic advice on regulatory matters:

• Effects, interpretation and enforcement of the Charter of the French Language and Bill 96 (An Act respecting French, the official and common language of Québec).
• Enforcement of the Access to Information Act and the Privacy Act.
• Enforcement of the Act respecting the Régie de l’énergie.
• Enforcement of laws, regulations and codes administered by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec.
