Roman Kowolik is a senior associate in the German Real Estate and Litigation Groups. He advises national and international investors on real estate transactions, in both asset and share deals, as well as developments. Moreover, Roman Kowolik concentrates his practice on assisting clients in the resolution of commercial disputes. This includes judicial as well as extrajudicial dispute resolution, in particular with respect to complex cross-border commercial matters.
