Roland studied law at Passau University and Cardiff Law School, UK. After his exams, he worked at the Max Planck Institute for International Social Law in Munich. Since 2005, he has been working as employment lawyer for international law firms in Duesseldorf and Berlin. In 2019, he joined Schomerus. His experience refers to clients in the automotive, pharmaceutical, logistics and healthcare sector. He also works for several NGOs and Non-Profit-Organisations.
