Rohan White

Rohan is a partner in our Sydney office and leads Mills Oakley’s Government and Administrative Law team.

Rohan is an experienced solicitor in government and public and administrative law. He has over 20 years’ experience in advising and representing Commonwealth officers, Departments and agencies on sound decision-making procedures, merits and judicial review litigation, statutory interpretation, policy development and implementation and access to information. Rohan is also very experienced in conducting high-profile Royal Commissions and major inquiries and undertaking all aspects of the project management associated with such large-scale matters.

Rohan provides his clients with specialist litigation and advice services, which identifies potential risk factors and delivers pragmatic, value-for-money and legally sound solutions.

In 2010 Rohan was named in the nation’s best practitioners in ACLA’s 2010 survey of Australian in-house counsel. He has also been recognised since 2010 in the Australian Financial Review’s Best Lawyers in Australia list and again in the 2017 list in the categories of Government and Public Law.
