Biography
Roger joined the firm in 1973. He served on the council of the KwaZulu Natal Law Society for many years and has served on provincial and national law society committees, such as the committee on Competition Law. He is a past Chairman of the Standing Committee on Property Law matters of the Law Society of South Africa. He has served on the Property Law Committee of the KZN Law Society for over 25 years.
Roger was listed as a recommended South African corporate property lawyer in The Which Lawyer Yearbook. For 9 years he has been listed as a specialist in real estate in the global publication Best Lawyers. He was elected Lawyer of the Year in Real Estate Law in South Africa for 2018 by Best Lawyers.
Roger specializes in all aspects of property law but in particular commercial property law.
