Attorney with a degree from the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and with a master’s degree in Political Action from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria in Madrid, Spain. Earned a specialization in Administrative Law from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Completed studies in Philosophy at the University of Notre Dame, USA. Lecturer on Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Government Contracting at various law schools in Colombia. Author of the books Punto de Quiebre [Breaking Point], Pensando en Voz Alta [Thinking Out Loud] and various articles and academic publications, as well as a columnist for theEl Nuevo Siglo, La Silla Vacía and a commentator for Blu Radio. Member of the Colombian Institute of Procedural Law. Former City Councilman for Usaquén, Bogotá D.C. and Former Associate Dean of the School of Politics and International Relations of the Universidad Sergio Arboleda.
