Rodrigo Buj García

Founding partner of Malpica, Iturbe, Buj y Paredes, a Mexican litigation boutique. Rodrigo Buj’s practice mainly focuses on constitutional and administrative litigation, before federal judicial authorities, including the Supreme Court of Justice. Also, Rodrigo represents clients in international arbitrations, having been appointed as an expert in Mexican law by the Mexican federal government, in investment arbitrations.

Rodrigo Buj is one of the most recognised litigators in Mexico in Telecomms and antitrust-related issues. Ranked by Chambers, The Legal 500, Leaders League, Best Lawyers, Benchmark Litigation, among other publications.

Rodrigo has been considered “…as a respect-worthy leader and practitioner”. Mr Buj obtained an MSc in Public Policy and Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a law degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho.
