Rodolfo Mata is a shareholder at Blanco Ordoñez Mata & Wechsler PC and serves as Chair of the firm’s Business and Real Estate Practice Group in El Paso, Texas. His practice focuses on Real Estate Law, commercial transactions, business organizations, and intellectual property matters. He advises businesses, property owners, developers, and investors on a wide range of legal issues involving commercial real estate acquisitions, leasing, development, financing, and business operations.
In addition to transactional matters, Mr. Mata represents clients in commercial litigation involving real estate disputes, contract matters, business entity conflicts, and intellectual property issues. His experience includes assisting clients with negotiating agreements, resolving disputes, and addressing legal challenges that arise in complex business and real estate transactions.
