Biography
Mr. Agraz has experience helping a broad spectrum of clients with union, safety and health, and employment challenges. He represents clients in diverse industries during union organizing attempts and litigation before the NLRB. Additionally, he guides management through occupational safety and health compliance inspections and represents management exclusively in litigation before OSHA and other administrative agencies. He works with top company officials and first-line supervisory staff to build a union-free environment and has experience dealing with team-based operations. Mr. Agraz is fluent in Spanish.Mr. Agraz's broad base of experience includes:Representing clients in the film, automotive, and food processing industries during OSHA investigations of fatalities and injuries;Conducting occupational safety and health audits;Representing clients in the retail distribution, teleservices, chemical, medical laboratory, and automotive industries throughout the United States during union organizing attempts;Training supervisors and managers in a wide variety of matters, including maintaining a union-free environment, privacy in the workplace, sexual harassment, occupational safety and health, implementation of substance abuse policies, and discrimination in the workplace.
