Rodger Fernandez

Dr. Rodger Fernandez is a Senior Lawyer at FCG Legal Pty Ltd and is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia. He is also admitted to practice as a solicitor in New South Wales and is accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as a Specialist Solicitor in Immigration Law. He has been in legal practice for over 30 years.

He is the current Chairperson of the Advisory Committee to the Specialisation Board of the Law Institute of Victoria in immigration law matters.

Rodger is an Adjunct Professor of Law, Victoria University, College of Law and Justice and practises in the areas of Administrative Law and Immigration Law. He has taught Immigration Law for over 30 years.

Professor Rodger Fernandez has been involved in government committees including the New Zealand Immigration Advisors Authority Program Steering Committee and the Independent Reference Group to the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (Australia).
